ATHENS - Georgia Bulldogs WR RaRa Thomas had all charges against him dropped, his attorney said Friday.
That’s according to a report from CBS. The report states that Thomas will “instead go through pretrial diversion for a misdemeanor-level offense of family-violence battery, according to his attorney, Kim Stephens.”
Thomas was facing felony false imprisonment and domestic family violence charges. The Mississippi State transfer was arrested in late January. UGA and Kirby Smart have not commented on Thomas’ status with the program.
Thomas had 44 catches for 626 yards and seven touchdowns with State in 2022. As a freshman, he had 18 passes for 252 yards and five touchdowns.
