ATHENS - Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs are dominating on the recruiting trail, and over the last several days, they’ve extended offers to some top up and coming prospects across the country.

Let’s take a look at three prospects who recently earned an offer from Georgia...

Christian Clark - RB - Mountain Pointe (AZ)

One of the fastest rising 2024 running backs in the country and one of the top overall prospects in Arizona, Clark ran wild as a junior last season, rushing for 1,110 yards and 17 touchdowns. At 6-foot-0 195-pounds, Clark is a tackle-breaking machine who’s starting to see his recruitment take off. He’s got some speed to his game, but Clark is a back with vision, balance, and the ability to pick up yards after contact. He’s been waiting patiently for an SEC offer to come his way, and that happened with a recent offer from Dell McGee and the Bulldogs.

“I was VERY excited about the offer”, Clark told Dawg Post. “I’ve always dreamed about getting an SEC offer and it finally came.”

Anthony “Tank” Jones - LB - St. Paul's Episcopal (AL)

One of the top freshman linebackers across the country last year, the hard-hitting defender from Mobile is in the middle of seeing his recruitment take off, and on Monday, the 6-foot-4 215-pounder earned an offer from Glenn Schumann and the Georgia Bulldogs.

“When I got the Georgia offer I was in shock. On the inside I was very excited so I was just smiling hard. I don’t know that much about the program right now but I just really like their defense and how they operate.”

A two-way athlete who made play after play as a receiver and outside linebacker, Jones flashed 5-star potential as a freshman last year with a long frame and natural athleticism. He runs well, flashes on film, and has a sky-high ceiling as a pass-rushing outside linebacker. He’s one of the top young linebackers in Alabama, and it’s clear an offer from Georgia made an early impression.

Zechariah Fort - DB - IM Academy

A tough, instinctive defender who can play all over the field defensively, Fort is a versatile safety who can play down in the box to help attack the opponent’s rushing game. He made plenty of big plays as a freshman last year at IMG Academy (FL) while playing with some of the best talent across the country. The 5-foot-10 175-pounder has a great motor, gets off blocks, and knows how to make a tackle in the open field. Now, the impressive 2026 defender holds an offer from Georgia.

“I was excited, getting an offer from such a great program like Georgia is a blessing. I know that they are a great program that sends players to the NFL year after year. Also love their academic and what the program stands for.”
