ATHENS - The Georgia Bulldogs released exclusive audo of Kirby Smart talking with his team after the 65-7 win over No. 3 TCU in the College Football Playoff National Championship Game.

The Bulldogs’ win was the most lopsided in championship history of the College Football Playoff and Bowl Championship Series

“Winter is here,” Kirby told his team before they took the field for the game. “We know what we did all summer - they are about to find out.”

“Like we said from the jump - leave no doubt,” tight ends coach Todd Hartley said in the locker room.

No program has gone back-to-back as national champions since Alabama reached that accomplishment with Kirby serving as Nick Saban’s defensive coordinator in 2011-12. Georgia’s Stetson Bennett completed his long journey in college football as one of the few signal callers to win the national title as a starter in two seasons.

“Leave no doubt - you have nothing to save it for,” offensive coordinator Todd Monken added.
