ATHENS -  With Signing Day coming up in a few weeks, Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs are focused on signing the top-ranked 2023 recruiting class in the country.

Like we’ve reported for several months now, the Bulldogs are off to an excellent start in the 2024 class as well, and will likely push for the top-ranked class in that cycle, too.

The Bulldogs have six commitments already in the 2024 class and are sitting in an excellent position for some of the state’s top prospects, who happen to be some of the very best on the country.

One impressive prospect, four-star EDGE/TE Kylan Fox‍, is already ready to make his commitment. The 6-foot-4 215-pounder out of Grayson (GA) confirmed with Dawg Post that he’ll be committing on December 17 between 10 schools, and of course the Bulldogs are in that group.

Right now, Dawg Post expects Landen Thomas to be Hartley’s only tight end for the 2024 class. Still, Fox had lots to say about Georgia’s ace recruiter.

“The ability for them to use the Tight End is what makes Georgia stand out”, Fox said. “They can run and pass out of 13 personnel which makes their offense so explosive. Coach Hartley is a great coach and has developed his room into some monsters.”

According to the 247 Composite Rankings, Fox is ranked as the No. 24 ATH, the No. 29 prospect in Georgia, and the No. 192 overall prospect in the country.

The Bulldogs are expected to load up their 2024 class with in-state prospects and already have three prospects from the peach state on the commit list in 4-star TE Landen Thomas‍, 4-star WR Ny Carr‍, and 3-star Sacovie White‍. The 2024 class in Georgia is as deep and talented as any class since 2018, and some of the state’s best have Georgia towards the top of their list right now.

While we don’t expect Fox to commit to Georgia next month, it’s clear Hartley and the Bulldogs will have no problem landing their top targets in 2024.
