ATHENS - Kirby Smart and the No. 1 Georgia Bulldogs are a double-digit road favorites to take out Mike Leach and his Mississippi State Bulldogs.
The Dawgs were installed as a 16.5-point favorites to beat the Bulldogs Sunday night according to FanDuel. The line climbed to as high as 18.5 before settling just under 17 as the night went on.
The game will be broadcast on ESPN and will kickoff at 7:00 PM EST, and the weather is expected to be chilly. No. 1 Georgia and State were both in action this weekend. Georgia knocked out former No. 1 Tennessee 27-13 in Athens after a rain-soaked second half. Meanwhile, Auburn took State to overtime after a furious second-half rally that left the game tied at 33 heading into overtime. Auburn failed to score, and State won the game with a TD.
