We’re early into Signing Day and the Georgia Bulldogs have lost a commitment from long-time cornerback commitment Marquis Groves-Killebrew, who flipped his commitment from Georgia to Texas A&M today.
The Bulldogs are signing a loaded group of defensive backs in this 2022 cycle, and it appears the North Cobb standout wanted to find another home at the last minute. He’s always had one eye on A&M and took an official visit to College Station back in early October. He was in Athens for an official visit this past weekend, but the Aggies apparently wanted him more.
The 6-foot-0 180-pound four-star prospect had been committed to Georgia since May 27, 2020.
As a senior this past fall, Groves-Killebrew made 39 tackles, 2 INTs, and one 1 TD.
