ATHENS - Kirby Smart’s Georgia Bulldogs continue to draw massive TV audiences - even during blowout wins.

The No. 1 Bulldogs’ lopsided win over the Tennessee Vols on Saturday drew 5,781,000 views according to CBS Sports - making it the second most-watched Georgia-Tennessee game of all time (1997). This is the fourth time the game between the two has surpassed five million viewers.

Paramount+, which serves as the streaming service for CBS, had double-digit growth from the 2020 game that saw the Bulldogs beat the Vols in Athens.

UGA-UT was the second most-watched game of the weekend - only getting edged out by ABC’s Michigan at Penn State, which drew 5.9 million. No other college game of the weekend had more over five million viewers like those two games.
