ATHENS - The injuries continue to add up for the Georgia Bulldogs who just can’t seem to stay healthy at wide receiver.

According to a report from DawgsHQ’s Palmer Thombs, Georgia Bulldog wide receiver Arian Smith‍ suffered a leg injury that is likely to end his season.

Smith had been dealing with injuries throughout the 2021 season, but seemed to finally be healthy over the last few weeks, even catching a touchdown pass last weekend in Georgia’s 43-6 win over Missouri.

Smith, arguably one of the fastest players in college football, joins a talented injury-ridded receiver room along with George Pickens and Dominick Blaylock.

Smith has caught three passes for 102 yards and two touchdowns on the season.

The Bulldogs will head north to take on Tennessee in Neyland Stadium this Saturday afternoon at 3:30 PM.
