ATHENS - Kirby Smart ands the Georgia Bulldogs are hosting one of the nation’s top QBs and overall prospects for a multi-day visit today, and you’re probably very familiar with his name already.
Everyone knows about the Manning family.
From legendary Archie Manning, to Hall of Famer and two-time Super Bowl-winning QB Peyton Manning, to another two-time Super Bowl winner in Eli Manning, it’s safe to say the Manning family is the best quarterback family the game has ever seen.
And now there’s Arch Manning. The son of Cooper Manning, the oldest of the Manning trio, Arch has already become famous himself after an incredible high school career so far at Isidore Newman (LA) in New Orleans.

The 6-foot-4 210-pounder has made multiple visits so far this month including trips to Clemson, Texas and SMU. Now, Dawg Post has learned that he will be in Athens to visit Georgia Thursday and Friday.
Dawg Post was originally told that Manning’s visit would come this weekend, but sources tell Dawg Post that that visit was moved up. The elite prospect has become the talk of the recruiting world after his big sophomore season. Manning showed off his elite arm talent and ability to make plays with his legs.
Last season Manning threw for 1,922 yards and 21 touchdowns. He also rushed for 274 yards and eight touchdowns on the ground. He’s got great size, exceptional footwork and can sling the ball across the field.
The Bulldogs already have a loaded QB room after signing five-star QB Brock Vandagriff in the 2021 class and 2022 gunslinger Gunner Stockton.
A successful visit this week could put the Bulldogs firmly in the race to sign Manning as his process moves forward.
