The Georgia Bulldogs are putting up a LARGE fence around the state in the 2022 class.

They aren’t going to sign the state’s top-ranked player in Travis Hunter, but there’s nothing they can do right now to flip him from Florida State. So, other than Hunter, the Bulldogs are getting just about every in-state prospect they want.

That now includes Starks, the No.2-ranked player in the state, who chose the Bulldogs over both Clemson and Alabama.
