This time, Mark Richt wrote his notes on a pad as he prepared for a year-end meeting with Greg McGarity the Sunday after another win over Georgia Tech. 

Richt, who had been hired to be Georgia’s football coach the day after Christmas in 2000, often wrote notes to himself on his hands in ink. In the mid-2000s he joked that it was his Palm Pilot.
