Could the Georgia Bulldogs Be Back in Black This Saturday Night?

ATHENS - It looks like Georgia could be back in black on Saturday night.

A local merchant was seen pulling together the Bulldogs’ black jerseys on Tuesday. If the Bulldogs wear the garment it would be for the first time since 2016. That move would be the second time this season the Bulldogs have worn an alternative uniform to their traditional road white and silver britches or home red tops with silver britches. 

The both alternative jerseys had previously been released by Nike and UGA this summer.

A seamstress was seen sewing on patches in an Instagram post Tuesday. “Our alterations department, adding patches on new jerseys this week” the post read. The post has since been removed.
