UGA Listed as Heavy Favorite to Beat Mississippi State

ATHENS - Georgia is listed as a huge favorite to beat Mississippi State according to oddsmakers. 

The No. 13 Bulldogs are favored by 23 points - making them a substantial favorite to win the game. Georgia has not been that much of a favorite since the season opener against Arkansas (+28), which the Bulldogs won by 27. 

Only once, against South Carolina (+21) in 2019, has Kirby Smart’s UGA program lost a game as such a considerable favorite. Kirby’s teams are 6-6 against the spread in games as 20-point favorites since the start of the 2018 season.
