Bulldog Defensive Back Divaad Wilson Enters Tranfer Portal

The Bulldogs will be down a defensive back this fall as third-year player Divaad Wilson has decided to enter the tranfer portal.

The former four-star defensive back signed with Georgia in the 2018 class, and saw plenty of playing time last fall as a red-shirt freshman, coming up with a key interception in the second half of Georgia’s game against Notre Dame. 

Wilson played in 13 games last fall for the Bulldogs, and started at the STAR position against Notre Dame and Kentucky. He missed the Sugar Bowl due to an injury, but the young defensive back did record a total of 24 tackles last year.
