BREAKING: 2021 DL Marlin Dean Commits to Georgia
The Bulldogs land another in-state prospect in the 2021 class after landing a commitment from Elbert County (GA) defensive lineman Marlin Dean.
The three-star prospect was said to be a heavy Bulldog lean after the Bulldogs offered on January 18th.
At 6-foot-6 and over 260 pounds, Dean saw his recruitment start to take off in Jamnuary after a big junior season. He’s taken multiple visits this year when prospects have been allowed to, but the Bulldogs were always going to be hard to beat in the end.
Dean released his “top 10” on Thursday, showing 10 schools all while wearing a Bulldog jersey in the picture. What seemed to be an odd move at the moment was actually planned out.
Dean becomes Georgia’s 3rd commitment in the 2021 class, joining 5-star QB Brock Vandagriff and 4-star DB David Daniel.
