The Athens native is a major Bulldog target in the 2021 class, and now he’s back on the market. The 6-foot-3 200-pounder has one of the strongest arms in the country, and he is expected to be heavily pursued by the Georgia staff moving forward.
Vandagriff committed to Oklahoma back on June 20, but with the rumors surrounding Lincoln Riley’s possible future in the NFL, combined with the distance factor, gave the five-star quarterback multiple reasons to open things back up.
Sources say the Vandagriff family likes the idea of Brock playing locally, and Dawg Post believes the Bulldogs are in a really good spot for the elite quarterback at this time.
Vandagriff is ranked as the No.1 pro-style quarterback and No.8 overall prospect in the 2021 class. Dawg Post ranks Vandagriff as the No.2 prospect in Georgia in the 2021 class.
