5-star TE Darnell Washington - Under Armour All-America Game on January 2, 2020
All in all, Dawg Post believes Georgia will sign the above 20 players on Wednesday.
Additional news and notes….
We have heard from multiple sources that believe Georgia is in a good spot to flip Jermaine Burton. His camp has gone completely silent. We don’t know when or sign or how he’ll do it, but we do think Georgia will be the team he signs with. We just don’t know if it will be tomorrow or February. Right now, Burton signing with Georgia tomorrow is our best guess.
Sources had some pro-Georgia things to say about Jordan Burch on Monday. There’s still some who think LSU has a good shot, but right now we’re still hearing more Georgia than anyone else. The way his recruitment has gone, you really never know until he makes that final decision on Wednesday.
We’re still hearing it’s a very close race with Oregon for 5-star CB Kelee Ringo. Dawg Post has believed Georgia had been the leader behind the scenes since July and we’re going to stick with that prediction tomorrow.
We expect Sedrick Van Pran and Broderick Jones to both sign in February. We feel very good about Georgia signing Van Pran, but some sources connected to Georgia are feeling uneasy about Jones’ commitment.
Georgia offered linebacker 2020 ATH DJ Lundy of Irwin County (GA) on Monday. We believe this is a last-minute offer on a linebacker if UGA feels that it can make room for him at the end. Lundy is a tough player who could help provide depth at running back as well. We do think Georgia would have to miss on a target or two if they’re able to take him. Right now we believe he will sign in February, but things can always change on Signing Day.
