Backup Linebacker Robert Beal Enteres Transfer Portal

This time of the year is when the transfer portal can start playing it’s part in the college football world. The regular season is over and players are starting to look at other options to prepare for the season next fall.

Now, according to Matt Zenitz of AL.com, current backup linebacker Robert Beal‍ has decided to enter the transfer portal.

The former four-star linebacker signed with the Bulldogs in the 2017 class out of Suwanee, Georgia. 

Beal recorded 15 tackles and one sack during the 2018 season as a red-shirt freshman before seeing him playing him decreased in 2019. Beal recorded just 8 total tackles in three games this past season.
