Bulldogs Lose 2020 OL Commitment
It doesn’t happen often, but the Bulldogs have suffered a decommitment on the offensive line.
Four-star OL Akinola Ogunbiyi has flipped his commitment from Georgia to Texas A&M today. The big Texas native committed to the Bulldogs originally over the Aggies and Oklahoma Sooners in April following Georgia’s G-Day scrimmage.
So where do the Bulldogs go from here?
They’ve still got three commitments on the offensive line in Tate Ratledge, Broderick Jones, and Joshua Braun. The Bulldogs are also seriously in the mix for four-star interior lineman Sedrick Van Pran and four-star lineman Andrew Raym who took his official visit to Georgia two weekends ago.
The Bulldogs now have two spots left on the offensive line with multiple targets left uncommitted.
While this is a big loss from an interior offensive lineman, expect Sam Pittman and the Georgia staff to sign at least two more four stars along the offensive line down the road in this 2020 class.
