FRESNO, CA - Georgia has gotten itself another superstar running back, this time landing five-star Kendall Milton‍.

Milton is ranked as the fourth-ranked running back prospect in the country and the 22-overall player in the 2020 class. The 6-foot-2 220-pound back out of Buchanan High School in Clovis, California, chose the Bulldogs over Alabama, LSU, and Ohio State. The third-ranked prospect in California has been a major Bulldog target for more than a year, and running backs coach Dell McGee made sure Milton knew he was a priority from day one.

Milton was in Athens back in April for Georgia’s spring game where he was given the red-carpet treatment from the Georgia staff. After releasing his top schools, Dawg Post was told it started to become a Georgia/Ohio State battle heading into his official visits in June.

The Bulldogs need to sign two elite backs in the 2020 class, and they were able to close with Milton after his official visit the weekend of June 13.

Milton will join an already strong 2020 recruiting class for Georgia. Headlined by the likes of outside linebacker Mekhail Sherman and offensive tackle Broderick jones, Milton will become the group’s third five-star prospect. Those three are accompanied by 10 other four-star players, including offensive lineman Tate Ratledge, wide receiver Marcus Rosmey, defensive back Jalen Kimber and quarterback Carson Beck.
