Wrapping UGA's Giant Recruiting Weekend
ATHENS - Georgia’s big recruiting weekend saw many new, young faces in Athens - setting up what Matt DeBary calls “a very real shot at the No. 1 class in 2020.”
First things first, 4-star 2019 North Forest OL and Texas commit Javonne Shepherd was in town for his official visit. Matt DeBary said on Sunday that “sources say Shepherd would have a spot in this class if he decided to jump on board.”
Shepherd just returned from an official visit from Alabama.
