Great news, am hoping someone will send Josh Brooks a text to make Carol Lawson an offer she can't refuse. We need her to rebuild our program.

I'm just happy that we didn't have to wait another year or two for the change to be made.

I'm sorry, it is Kara. She would be a great fit for UGA. She would recruit the state of Georgia as well as the country. Great teams are made by great players and coaches.

She would be great, but I don't think she leaves Duke to rebuild, especially while being the US National team coach.

I think we will either land a top assistant from a major program or a quality mid-major coach. I would look at the Fairfield coach or the UNLV coach, but they have been hesitant to leave their programs for other openings.

It's a little sad- these players were great to watch and a great turn around season. After seeing so many enter the transfer portal, I thought next season was going to be tough to pull another winning season. I have a question - how does Joni still have a job at A&M. her buyout must be huge.

Other possibilities could be the coaches at Rice, George Mason, or Richmond.

Don't get me wrong - I love the lady dogs but if we rank in the bottom of the SEC for NIL - why would a coach leave an established organization for a job that can't compete with other schools with a big NIL budget. Other than a big salary bump

Also have to wonder if there are many coaches that want to compete for titles in the SEC with the likes of South Carolina, Texas, et al.

I know the world of college athletics is different now, but the coaches at these premier programs built or rebuilt these schools. They didn't have a full cupboard when they got to these schools.
