I hate that. She is a good defender and gives great effort. She wasn't a very good shooter though. Good luck to her wherever she lands.

She is the best rebounder I've ever seen in women's basketball. I will miss her.

I could be way wrong, but I really believe her leaving is about wanting more playing time over anything else.

It's really rough out there for some teams with losses to the transfer portal - Iowa State, Tennessee, Oklahoma State, Arkansas. Feel bad for their fans.

Still anxious that the portal hasn't even opened yet. Hope we retain a strong core.

I'm scared no one will take her since she can't shoot. I like her too much to see her get left out.

I think she'll find a P4 spot, if she wants one. Don't know if that'll necessarily mean more playing time though.

Trinity Turner to the portal. This hurts. Makes me worried about Dani, but one day at a time.

And Mia Woolfolk to the portal.

I wish them all the best, but I was really hoping for a boring off-season. Let's see what we can get from the portal with (hopefully) no more transfers from the current group.

One more definitely coming. Knew the fallout was about to happen. Girls want to be developed. Girls don't want to be lied to. Girls want to be treated right. They all would've stayed.

I am not trying to bash anyone, but the signs started showing as the team walked to the locker room during the Arkansas game. The look that Abe gave Dani really upset me. Everything started going south from there. My eyes open after that and I was seeing a group of five coach. I said it then and I stick by it. What needs to happen now is for Josh Brooks is to pay Abe off and go after Carol Lawson. As the Don Corleone said, make Carol Lawson and offer that she can't refuse. If Brooks give Abe an extension, we could be stuck with her another five years at least. Carol Lawson would be perfect, she is not just a great coach, but an excellent recruiter. We need a proven winner like Carol Lawson and not be looking at these groups of five coaches.

Please explain more. I'm not saying you are wrong. I believe you. I just want to know how the players were lied to, not developed or treated poorly? We all love our Lady Dawgs basketball we deserve to know the truth.

Uggh, I hate this feeling.

There is an obvious issue, other than money, like others have pointed out.

I am a fan of the program, first and foremost, so I will continue to try to stay positive and support the athletes that play for us. I will be excited for who we sign in the portal. I will be excited if the team finds success next season, but I don't want to feel like the success could be at the cost of the student athletes' well-being.

No need to explain. The right people saw and trusted what was being said by our athletes, and now we can find a head coach that is a fit for our Lady Dawg program. Happy that we didn't have to wait another year or more for everything to come to light.

Just going to blank out the roster with the coaching change announcement and add as players announce.
