After our two game losing streak, we really need to turn it around these next two games. Both games are going to be tough as they are on the road against two teams fighting for the tournament.

Missouri - they have a lot of injuries, and I believe their last post player just got hurt as well, but they have won three straight and have changed their season around. The guards do have good size, but I don't think they have any player available over 6'0. Slaughter will be a matchup nightmare for us, but we need to take advantage of our size in the post. I would guess they will zone us, so I hope Carnegie comes out of her mini slump from three.

Mississippi State - they have length and athleticism, and they have played well at home. They have a really tough remaining schedule, and if they don't close well could end up on the wrong side of the bubble. They are young, but they are
explosive. We will have to be poised, and play strong defense.

We need these two games to stay safely in the tournament. Another big week for us.

Good post. Thanks. It's all about shooting. What if we had made just one more shot all game long against Tennessee?
