This is already a fun team to watch. The Ladydawgs scored the most points in a first half since the 2000 Team which is 56. That team made it to the Elite Eight. We had 5 players in double figures. Dani with 19, Enjulina 11, Mia 10, Trinity 10 and Zhen 10. We also had Miyah 9, Rylie 9 and Vera 8. The defense has been outstanding and it has led to some easy layups. Dani, Rylie and Enjulina are shooting the threes well and I think we can do even better. If we can avoid the lack luster quarters, we will definitely finish in the top four of the SEC. We came out in the third quarter playing sloppy and it wasn't good at all. But I think it will get better as the season goes. Keep up the good work Ladydawgs.

It was such a fun first half to watch. I see the huge potential in this team, but we cannot lose focus after building a large lead, especially in the SEC.

The announcers, one who kept calling Carnegie Gregory, said Henderson was expected back any day now and said Beckham still had one more medical test to clear. Their return would give us even more depth in the backcourt which we will need because of the pressure defense. It's going to be a fun season.

I have just been focusing on Lady Dawgs for 4 years.
I have seen the last two games.
And as a newbie, I am very excited about what I see in this team.

I hope Coach Abe can do her thing this year!

The difference between how this team plays vs. the last few year's teams appears, to my uninformed self, as VERY different.
I pinching myself to see if this is for real.
Even the coaching staff seems more business-like, and I know it is the same folks.

This team has some talent!!! They are very fun to watch. I saw some of the best passing in that first half. Reminded me of Caitlin Clark passing. We slowed down in the second half because we kept fouling and fouling them. Our staff will have these girls improving every game. I hope we stay healthy.
