Kelsi Andrews is a 6'4" post player with great skills. Her recruitment has been really quiet. I think she doesn't want to let on who she is going to sign with. The only school that I believe she has visited this year is LSU. I believe she visited UGA in 2022 when Coach Abe took over the program. On3 recruiting gives LSU a big edge to get her, but UGA is second and it isn't close. I think that would change if we could get her to visit this summer, definitely during the fall semester with football season.
I have watched her highlights and believe me, this young lady has a skills set very close to Sarah Strong. She is ranked number 20 by ESPN and I think it is a joke. She can shoot for three, put the ball on the floor and get to the rim. She already has 2 gold metals with Team USA. She would be ideal with UGA and Mia Woolfolk for sure. I hope Coach Abe and staff can get her to visit. That would give us a better chance.
