Mia has had a great 2 games and I noticed that she has been jumping like the Mia Woolfolk who led her team to the Virginia state championship. I definitely noticed that she had a different type brace on her knee. She was shooting jump shots as well as posting up.
I think that I said that we were starting every game 15 behind after the first quarter, the last 2 games we have competed better in the first quarter and we have 2 straight wins. Things are definitely coming together for Coach Abe and the team. We get Arkansas Wednesday and we can definitely make it interesting.
I am waiting for the end of the college season to see who will be available in the transfer portal. An experienced point guard to help Trinity and the team may not be out of the question for next year. Injuries does happen and we don't know where Aubrey Beckham will be with her recovery. Coach Abe might use Harissoum Coulibaly some at point and the Twins definitely need to work at handling the ball at guard as well.
Finally, I think we are going to have an outstanding recruiting class. Bella Ragone and Kate Harpring are definitely in play as well as Gabby Minus.
