This was the first game in a long time that we didn't trail by 15 points after the first quarter. I know that Aneesah Morrow was out, but her replacement gave us a bigger problem with her height. Trinity Turner is battling hard every game. Trinity finished with 28 points, Mia Woolfolk had 12,Asia had 10 and Makolo finished with 9. Trinity definitely should be on the Freshman All SEC Team and Mia on the first or second team. We have a lot to look forward to next season. Our fan base has to be patient, I have been looking at some fans on other Georgia sites and they are talking about replacing Coach Abe. They don't realize that I saw last season as well as this coming. It is the way things are, Joni left us and it caused some very good players to leave as well. Coach Abe comes in and she brings in 3 very good players from her UCF team and the guard from Texas plus Javyn Nicholson, Malury Bates and Jordan Isaac stayed. Coach Abe and staff did a great job of coaching our team to 22 wins.
I can see our team growing every game next season with the new freshmen coming in. But 26/27 I see UGA back in the NCAAs. I am hoping that recruiting will get even better this summer. I really think that we have a great shot at landing Bella Ragone which would be huge. She would give us that 15 to 20 point perimeter scorer with Woolfolk and Trinity. That would put us back with the elite teams. We just need to have faith in Coach Abe.

I watched the LSU game as well. Scream some but most of my shouts were Let's Go! Fight!.

As always freshmen get a passed.

Trinity has gotten through the wall and playing great. She is a very good rebounder. I want her to let it fly during the SEC tournament....

Mia got beaten up down low and they did not call most. We only went to the line 7 times compared to 22 for LSU. Tammy Wyatt gets the calls at home. Mia is favorite lady dawg. Before her it was Baker and Mckenzie to name a few.

Roxanne is playing better. She needs to hit her free throws.....

Once again Verse needs a midrange shot. Fatima will have to get tougher and post up stronger to play down low in the SEC.

Evans gives energy on rebounds but her offensive game needs work. She also needs to develop a mid range.

I expect great things from Summer next year. She still has not caught up to the speed of the college game.

Mauri and Ledbetter was non existence. I expect more from seniors.

They are playing the matchup zone better.

I read also how fans are calling for a coaching change because they are paying too much attention to other programs. The talent and recruits that left with Joni are doing well. Dry up that spill milk. Coach Abe first year at least show most that she can coach talent. Give Coach Abe all the time she needs. Coach Abe is building a foundation. Do not destroy it before seeing the finished product. The goal is to recruit talent for years to come.
