Terren Ward played and graduated from Georgia Southern last spring. She is a 5'11 " guard who was the Southern Conference player of the year last year. I wanted her to visit UGA and today I found out that she visited UGA first and then Miss State afterwards. She had a couple of other visits scheduled, but her coach left Georgia Southern and took an assistant job with Miss State and Terren signed to play in Starkville. The fact that she visited UGA meant there was a lot of interest. Terren has left Miss State and I am guessing because of a lack of playing time. She would have been that third guard that we need with size. Miss State is loaded with size at guard and they didn't need her. The way our team is playing, we possibly would have 4 or 5 more wins with Terren. Coach Abe and staff are in places I didn't think they were. This could have been a big one for this team, but we have to look ahead.
