Cancel culture movement keeps taking from us. "Hail to the Redskins" was the only NFL fight song I ever heard.

It's funny because they actually ran a poll in 2016 of Native Americans on the nickname and like 90% of them didn't care at all. Somehow I doubt that in four years that numbers has shifted significantly.

In the 50's and early 60's the Redskins were the team that was shown on channel 5 CBS in Atlanta.
Always remember hearing that song as a kid enjoying a football game in black and white TV. Oh well, my childhood memories are being erased day by day.
Sad and we wait for another change.

I am deeply offended by the term "nats". Nats are horrendously annoying crestures that terrorize South Georgia, especially children - several months per year. That nickname should be banned forever. No one likes gnats!

I posted this a while back I think... one of my fave standup comedian lines:

"The Washington Bullets have announced they are changing their name because they don't want to be associated with crime. From now on they will be known simply as the Bullets."

They will be renamed the "FORESKINS" for all those ********S in Congress!!
