Foul at the end of regulation was awful. Just get away from the 3 point shooter and do not foul.

Worst case scenario is the shot is good, and we're up 1 with less than 1 second left.

Auburn coaching was bad at the end of regulation too. Why keep 0 in the game to foul two times and foul out with less than a minute left? Sub in and let somebody else foul. But good for us because 0 wasn't available for OT.

This is our best team since harrick years.

That's a bold statement that those 3 are among the best at their respective positions! I haven't been watching the rest of the SEC, but that does say a lot, if true! Years past our starting 5 would frequently be players that wouldn't be starting on most SEC teams and our bench would include many players who wouldn't make another SEC team.

Number 5 was at least two feet away from the shooter when the foul was called. Zero contact. We didn't even do anything to make it appear we fouled. It was blatant cheating by that official. Where we messed up the most was fouling them so much they had an automatic two free throws for over half of the second half. I'm shocked we won after giving them such a huge advantage. We only made it to the two automatic foul shot mark with 1:22 left in the game. The win was a miracle.

We should have won this game in regulation by 8-10 points but I hope the boys learned about what it takes to win late in games. The shooting was much improved, threes were falling, and turnovers are still light years better than last season. However REBOUNDING, REBOUNDING, REBOUNDING has to improve. We got outrebounded by 15 and simply didn't appear to box out and fight for rebounds on either end of the floor. I realize we don't have a ton of size and we try to move the ball upcourt quickly, but we have to improve there. Somto is still becoming a basketball player but there is no reason he shouldn't be averaging 8 boards a game. If he shows more desire to get boards then I bet that desire would spread to his teammates. He is a first guy off the bus type but gets 'hurt' at the slightest bump. Man up Somto!!! Rant over. Now let's go cook some gators.

I am convinced that Somto played a lot of soccer in his younger years....seems like he's trying to draw a yellow or red card for the opponents.

Although 11 still played, it appears that Coach White has pared down the rotation a good bit, since with a 45-minute game, Bailey, Abson, Stagg & Wilkins all played less than 10 minutes.
