Big test this weekend.

For starters we play Xavier on Friday and follow that up by playing the winner of Clemson/West Virginia. It is imperative that at the very LEAST, we NEED to beat Xavier. Xavier is not a good team and this would be a bad loss on the resume when March comes around and the committee is looking at us as a bubble team.

The next game, Clemson vs West Virginia, I think is very winnable. It would be cool to get a rematch with RJ Godfrey but both schools are on the same level as us and would be very good wins to end this trip. If we secure two wins this week, it really puts us in a great spot to have a good resume come march and take some pressure off of us the rest of non-conference.

Other notable non-conference games remaining are Florida State and Cincinnati. I could see a world where we lose both of those games. On the road at FSU and in Atl vs a good Cincinnati team.

Out of those 4 games, we need to win at least 2, Xavier and one more. This is the only way to keep our resume afloat, and then ideally we need to win 3 to feel really comfortable. If we were to some how win all 4 not only would we be a Top 25 team, but comfortably in the tournament.

So some very big games coming up to end the non-conference, especially since our non-conference schedule is not very noticable.

Good word. I'm very interested to see how we do against stronger competition. It would be fun to see us play Clemson.
