I know practice hasn't started and nary a game played, but what's everybody thinking/hearing on the eve of Fall practice?

Things definitely seem a whole lot quieter this off-season compared to last year's. I suppose that's due to there being less excitement without Asa and Silas?

I have hope this year's aggregate will compensate enough to get us in back to back.

I have absolutely no feel for this team. Can Somto play without fouling? Has Blue progressed as a shooter? Can Dylan James give us 20+ SEC minutes? Do we have enough shooting?

Honestly, it is impossible to tell until 7:30 pm on November 3rd when we tip off the season. However, last year I was very high on us and was so confident we would make the tournament.

This year I am not. I look at the roster across the board and am thoroughly unimpressed compared to how deep the SEC is yet again. I think we are asking for a lot from a lot of guys that have yet to show they can carry the workload to bring us back to the tournament.

gonna be an interesting season for sure
