Probably not too long, but he also mentioned he isn't in a big rush to fill it either. I wonder if he'll call Buckley or Seltzer from his old staff. Ernie Kent is a hair away from being fired, so Seltzer maybe looking for a way to get out of there

It's only easier at a mid-major if the Head Coach leaves for another job. This has been the path of many of the BIG mid-majors like Gonzaga, Xavier, and Butler.
