Phil Martelli is an assistant there - legendary St Joseph's coach. They went 27-0 in 2004, then lost the conference title game. They made it to the Big 8 in the NCAA Tournament. He was coach of the yesr that season. He coached there for 34 years (10 as an assistant and 24 as head coach).

Jameer Nelson was the player of the year then. He, along with Delonte West and Dwayne Jones played a combined 27+ years in the NBA.

Dwayne Jones is currently an assistant coach with the Philadelphia 76ers. Nelson played in the NBA for 14 seasons.
