KD Johnson has been a big spark in this game. I think he's going to be a big time player if he keeps progressing.
45-34 Allbarn at half time. Dawgs have missed 10 free throws and several dawgs in foul trouble. At one point they said 6 dawgs had 2 fouls.
Red, we got'em right where we want them.
Can't believe I have to watch the remainder of this season and likely next.

yep. Auburn is about as undefeated in the sec as we are.
I was mildly optimistic following the LSU game. That has quickly dissipated.

Georgia should be better than this.
Glaring difference in talent.

Did the Hoop Dawgs opt out of conference play? Currently down 65-44 at home w/ 11:34 to play to a team that is 0-4 in the SEC and missing one of their starters.

There are no excuses for missing this many free throws. It's literally about drilling in the muscle memory. You either take the time to do it or you don't.
AU now up by 20 points in Athens. Why is UGA even bothering to field a men's team? We are so bad in men's basketball and have been for so long. Either quit the charade or give the team to some hungry mid level or high school coach who's salary won't detract from other more successful efforts like baseball or tennis. Hell, the women's team coach is reasonably successful, turn it over to her. Having a female coach would at least make us newsworthy much like Vandy's part time female place kicker. Seriously, could it be even worse?

It should be noted, according to the all-time commits rankings on 247 (I don't know how legit these are but this is what I have), last year's team had 5 of the top 10 recruits that UGA has ever had committed (includes Lou Williams - hell of a career for that man in the NBA but never set foot on a college campus, and goes back to at least class of 2003). This included the number one overall pick in last year's class (a weak draft but Ant Man is a heck of a player). The 5 doesn't include Wheeler and Camara (15 and 16) who were clearly talented guys ready to contribute last year. Also doesn't include a couple of solid players in Fagan and Harris.
The conference performance last season was absolutely ridiculous and really told us all we need to know about Crean I feel like.

have to aim higher than Jonas. New AD has to sell the program to an up and comoing asst with a plan laid out regarding budget etc he will put into basketball otherwise they wont come. Asst from a top basketball program looking for opportunity. No more retreads or falling back to past players

Someone like Rashon Burno at Arizona St. as mentioned in the article. Hes right hand man for Bobby Hurley as they have built them from nothing to competitive. he plays a big part in player evaluation from the article and Hurley offers a kid only if Burno approves. was also asst at Florida so knows southeast somewhat
