Crean had been recruiting him to IU before he was let go. If he wants to sign, get him and tell McMillan we just couldn't wait for him any longer.

Based on recent history, my "guess" is that McMillan already signed, but the UGAA is saving the official announcement until all "newbies" (excluding the Fall signees) are official.
