Signing Day Recap: News and Notes from Georgia's Big Day

ATLANTA - It was another wild, but successful, signing day for the Georgia Bulldogs. After signing the nation’s top class last cycle, the Bulldogs closed will during the early signing day period for the 2019 class.

The big news of the day was signing five-star linebacker Nakobe Dean. The Mississippi native had some family and community pressure to stay close to home, and while many believed Ole Miss would be the picks in this last 24 hours, Kirby Smart was able to close it out.
