BREAKING: Georgia Football Ranked No. 2 In Newest AP Poll
ATHENS - Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs remain at No. 2 in the country in the latest AP Poll after their comfortable 38-14 win over Vanderbilt.
The Bulldogs are now 5-0 on the season and have won every game by at least 20 points. Kirby Smart has his team locked in and have played as well as any team in the country through the first five weeks of the season.
Quarterback Gunner Stockton led the way over the weekend with his most complete game of the season against the Commodores.
Stockton executed at a high level, ending the day 25/32 for 295 yards and three touchdowns. The senior also had success on the ground, rushing for 22 yards. On the season, Stockton is 77/102 for 1,049 yards and 13 touchdowns. He’s also rushed for 122 yards but has not found the end-zone yet.

According to FanDuel, the Georgia Bulldogs have +550 odds to win the national championship this season.
The Bulldogs will head to Tuscaloosa this weekend to take on the mighty Crimson Tide who are ranked No. 7 and also hold a 5-0 record. Alabama’s coming off an impressive 56-23 win on the road over Mississippi State.
Georgia’s big game against Alabama will kickoff at 7:30 on ABC this Saturday night.
