ATHENS - UGA Football released its league-mandated availability reporting Kirby Smart’s No. 9 Georgia Bulldogs. Here is what you need to know abut who can play, who might and who can’t heading into this Saturday’s action.
UGA Football released a statment Wednesday night shortly before the SEC’s mandated availability report that DB Kyron Jones had been “diagnosed with a foot injury that will keep him out indefinitely.” Jones appeared to score a 100-yard touchdown Saturday during Georgia’s 20-10 win at Auburn.
UGA went on to say that Jones will be “under the guidance of UGA’s medical staff.” And that Jones “will consult with some of the nation’s leading specialists to determine the best course of treatment.”
