BREAKING: 4-star RB Kenny McIntosh Commits to Georgia
ATHENS - After a big recruiting weekend, the Bulldogs picked up their 18th commitment in the 2019 with the addition of four-star running back Kenny McIntosh.
The University School (FL) RB committed to Georgia just days after he took his official visit this past weekend to see Georgia beat rival Auburn 27-10.

So what is Georgia getting in McIntosh?
They are getting a big-bodied back - 6-foot-1, 218 pounds - who runs hard. He’s a tough, physical back with great lower-body strength. McIntosh can run through tacklers and get tough yards up the middle and between the tackles.
What McIntosh lacks is speed. He isn’t going to outrun defensive backs in the second and third levels, but he can still pick up big yards on any particular run. He knows how to break tackles, especially around his legs. With that said, McIntosh has deceptive quickness as well. Considering his size, he does a nice job of making guys miss. Still, it often feels like he’s a guy who looks for contact. He runs behind his pads and does a nice job of falling forward and picking up final yards when being brought to the ground.
Again, he doesn’t have the speed that Georgia’s current running backs have, but he can be a nice weapon in the 4th quarter to wear on a defense late in games.
Losing 5-star John Emery was a big loss, but McIntosh is a decent replacement considering 2019 overall is a weak year nationally at running back.
McIntosh is ranked as the 10th-best running back in the country and the 26th-overall prospect in Florida.
