"You look at these right now, and obviously Georgia is fine," Reese Davis said. "I mean, they've got a shot at Alabama in the SEC Championship Game. They are going to be able to win their way in."

"What happens to Alabama if they stumble and lose by three to Georgia?" asked ESPN’s Kirk Herbstreit of the upcoming SEC Championship in Atlanta. "If you look at the teams in the top four right now, and you look at the games that sort of make you ponder... you would say Michigan going to Columbus for Ohio State and Alabama going to Atlanta to play Georgia... any of the rest of the games the top four teams play... it would have to be a major upset. Now upsets happen, but those are the only two games I see of all of these four teams where you could say (that they could lose)."

"Eveyone is pulling for Alabama to beat Georgia," ESPN's Joey Galloway said. He then added: "I couldn't imagine switching Georgia with Michigan (for the No. 4 spot this week).
