ATHENS - 14 former UGA Football players have been invited to the 2025 NFL Combine in Indianapolis on Feb. 24.

Headlined by potential first rounders Jalon Walker, Malaki Starks and Mykel Williams, Kirby Smart’s program will look to expand the record amount of players that have been selected by NFL franchises.

45 former Bulldogs were on NFL rosters at the start of the 2024 season in September. That number trailed only Alabama (61) and Ohio State (51). Kirby’s program broke the all-time record for a school having players drafted in a single draft when 15 former Bulldogs were picked in the 2022 NFL Draft.

The 2022 NFL Draft also saw nine former Bulldogs taken in the first three rounds of the NFL Draft - the most on record in school history. All told 63 of former UGA football players under Kirby Smart have been drafted - second most in school history (Vince Dooley, 94).

Walker, Starks and Williams are seen by most NFL Draft analysts as the most likely to be taken high in the draft process, which begins on April 24 at Lambeau Field in Green Bay. Below is a list of Bulldogs who have been invited to the NFL Combine, which starts February 24 in Indianapolis and concludes on March 3rd. UGA’s so-called Pro Day is expected to be held on March 12 Payne Indoor Athletic Facility.
