ATHENS - A day after Georgia’s tight ends came up big in a 31-17 win over Tennessee, Kirby Smart and Todd Hartley land a commitment from an impressive tight end in the 2026 class.
That would be three-star, Lincoln Keyes.
A lean, athletic tight end with a promising 6-foot-6 220-pound frame, Keyes plays out of Saline (MI) and chose the Bulldogs over Alabama, Michigan, Ohio State, among others.
As a prospect, Keys uses his size to his advantage against smaller defenders and knows how to high-point the ball and grab it at it’s highest point. He tracks the ball well, can make a tough catch over his head, and is fast enough to take off down the field after the catch. He brings excellent straight-line speed for his size and is versatile enough to line up as a traditional tight end, in the slot,or on the perimeter.

According to FanDuel, the Atlanta Falcons have -700 odds to win the NFC South this season.
He size and ball skills make him a mismatch in coverage, but he’s an effective blocker on the edge as well. Still, his ability to make plays in the passing game is why he was coveted by the Georgia staff in the 2026 class.
He’s a promising route-runner, but his athleticism, dependable hands, and versatile skillset really stand out on film. He’s a playmaker, and now he’s heading to play for “Tight End University”.
Hartley and the Dawgs have two of the nation’s best tight ends committed in the 2025 class in 5-star Elyiss Williams and 4-star Ethan Barbour. Now, they’ve got a fast-rising pass-catcher in Keyes on the board in next year’s class.
Keyes is ranked as the No. 18 TE prospect and the No. 353 overall prospect in the country for the 2026 class.
