Which prospects earned an offer from Georgia this week? Let’s take a look...

Davon Mitchell - TE - Allen (TX)

Todd Hartley only recruits the best of the best across the country at tight end, and that’s exactly what Mitchell is. An elite 5-star TE in the 2025 class out of Allen (TX), Mitchell is a big 6-foot-4 230-pounder who caught 33 passes for 731 yards and 9 touchdowns last season as a sophomore for one of the biggest programs in America. A tough, physical blocker in the run game, Mitchell is a big-play waiting to happen in the passing game, averaging over 22 yards per catch in 2022. The Texas native is one to keep an eye on for the next two years.

Justin Scott - DT - St. Ignatius (IL)

One of the top defensive line prospects across the country, Scott is a dominant 6-foot-5 310-pounder from Chicago who destroyed opposing lineemen with ease on a weekly basis last year. He can blow up any particular play and gets into the backfield incredibly fast for someone his size. An eelite run defender who can also get after the quarterback, he’s an athletic interior lineman who checks eveery box you look for in an impact defensive tackle. He has the size, potential, and junior film that should keep him towards the top of the 2024 rankings across the country. The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are beleived to be the team out in front, but the Bulldogs are going to give it a last shot before his commitment date on January 31st.

Brady Smigiel - QB - Newbury Park (CA)

One of the top freshman QBs across the country last year, the California native showed off elite arm strength and the ability to win games with his arm in his very first high school season. The 6-foot-5 190-pounder showed easy D1-caliber arm strength in 2022, throwing for 3,479 yards and 46 touchdowns. Just a freshman, Smigiel has 5-star potential in the 2026 class and is on his way to an outstanding high school career over the next three years.

Kevin Oatis - DL - Hattiesburg (MS)

A powerful interior defensive lineman who is lightning quick off the ball. Oatis stands at 6-foot-3 265-pounds and brings an athletic skillset to the defensive line. He shows quick hands, the ability to get off blocks, and does a great job of consistently getting into the backfield. He’s one of the top young defenders in Mississippi and has top-100 potential in the 2025 class.

Tory Blaylock - RB - Atascocita (TX)

A tackle-breaking back with balance and impressive footwork, Blaylock is one of the top sophomore backs not only in Texas, but across the country. He showed big-play ability on a weekly basis last year and has D1-caliber size already at 5-foot-11 175-pounds. Just a sophomore in 2022, the Humble, Texas native was a touchdown machine last fall, showing great vision, burst, and the ability to make defenders miss down the field. He’s ranked in the 247 Composite as the No.5 RB prospect and the No. 47 overall prospect in the 2025 class.

Terrance Moore Jr - WR - Tampa Catholic (FL)

One of the top up and coming prospects in the Tampa Area, the long, athletic 6-foot-3 190-pounder had a fantastic junior season last year, catching 42 passes for 1,021 yards and 13 touchdowns. He was a big-play waiting to happen, averaging over 24 yards per reception. He showed extremely impressive hands, body control, and the ability to bring down a tough catch in coverage. He’s great in jump-ball situations and can be a mis-match in single coverage down in the red-zone. Look for his ranking, as well as his offer sheet, to increase more and more in 2023.
