“They are ‘RBU’ and that's what makes them special!!” Mizel told Dawg Post. “My favorite part of the visit was sitting down and talking with Coach Kirby Smart & the rest of the staff.”

The University of Georgia, the school commonly referred to as “RBU”, has produced high-caliber running backs as well as any program in college football.

Assistant coach Dell McGee made sure the four-star knew all about the big Georgia tradition during his visit during the last weekend of July.

“They told me about the rich tradition and history of the RB's in their football program and took me back to the 80's starting with Herschel Walker”, Mizell told Dawg Post. “What stands out most about Coach McGee is his attention to detail for the RB position.”

Mizell rushed for 616 yards and 8 touchdowns. He also caught 34 passes for 481 yards and 6 more touchdowns a season ago.

“He’s a threat to score anytime he has the ball and can make plays in a number of different ways. He’s a reliable receiver out of the backfield and one of the more versatile backs across the country in the 2024 class,” DeBary added.

Mizell is considered the consensus No. 5 overall running back in the country.
