Georgia Bulldogs WR George Pickens Arrives for the Orange Bowl

MIAMI - A high-profile Georgia Bulldog arrived in Miami Monday - George Pickens. That's according to his Instagram page. 

Pickens was reported to have a run in with COVID, but is now on the ground in Miami - apparently gearing up to play in Friday night’s game. The Bulldogs are listed as a 7.5-point favorite to beat Michigan by FanDuel. 

Pickens has been sidelined with an ACL he suffered in the spring. He played in the Bulldogs’ last two games of the season. 

Pickens landing in Miami means he likely missed practice on Sunday with the Bulldogs in Athens. Clearly he missed Monday’s practice as were flying to South Florida as the Bulldogs’ preparations were ongoing at Barry University.
