Georgia Bulldog Offensive Lineman Jamaree Salyer Out With Injury

The hits keep coming for the No. 1 Georgia Bulldogs this week.
First, Dawg Post learned that outside linebacker Adam Anderson got into some legal trouble and has been out of practice this week. Now it’s being reported by multiple outlets, and confirmed by Dawg Post, that offensive lineman Jamaree Salyer is dealing with a foot injury that may cause him to miss the next two games.
Salyer has been outstanding this season at left tackle, and this now gives backup Broderick Jones an opportunity to get some much-needed experience at left tackle. With one five-star out, another one gets to step in and show what he can do.
Salyer, one of Georgia's biggest signees in their top-ranked 2018 class, is a multi-year starter at Georgia and one of the team’s most important seniors. Sources say the injury is not serious, so this shouldn't be something that keeps him out of the SEC Championship next month.
The Bulldogs are set to host Missouri this Saturday at Noon.
