ATHENS - The state of Georgia already has one championship, and it belongs to the 2021 World Series Champions Atlanta Braves. It was the Braves first World Series title since 1995 and there were plenty of Georgia fans who enjoed watching the highlights on the Sanford Stadium JumboTron.

The Braves were repsresented by their crazy mascot, Blooper, and outfielder Joc Pederson.

The Braves defeated the Houstron Astros in six games last week and their fans have been celebrating ever since, even inside Sanford Stadium
