ATHENS - To describe it as wake up call is the wrong way to put it. 

A steady reminder that you are going to have to fight for every snap you get is probably a better way to describe the new reality that is hitting older players at Georgia. That reminder is Kirby Smart and company’s recruiting recruiting success, which struck once more on Tuesday with the addition of Travon Walker.

The third-year head coach told reporters last week at SEC Media Days that Georgia’s No. 2 quarterback coming into the season will play.
